Journey to the Springs - A Guided Tour
Depart from Rowing Dock and paddle to Austin’s iconic Barton Springs. This ecological-focused tour will highlight the abundance of plants, wildlife and fish that live in our backyard! It’s a great way to learn about Texas wildlife that not even many locals know! The clear waters of Barton Creek are a haven for local flora and fauna. You’ll learn about the natural history of the magical, wonderful Barton Springs, also known as the fourth largest concentration of natural springs in Texas, and home to the constant 68 degree water that Austin is so famous for! Plus (whether you like it or not), you’ll probably pick up a few new dad jokes along the way.
