Rowing Dock is the best place to learn to row in Austin. Lessons start with the basics and gradually become more advanced to prepare you for rowing solo, in team boats, and even competitively in regattas. To help you feel comfortable in the rowing boats, coaches are always out on the water with you during lessons. Although everyone is different, we get most folks rowing within four lessons. After you complete your Beginner Rowing Course, we welcome you to become a member! Once a member, you can row, kayak, or paddle as often as you like, whenever we’re open.
*Private lesson fees for non-members are $45 per 30 min and $75 per 60 min.

After attending 3 clinics, rowers are certified to bow quads and doubles, which means you can take your friends out on the water!
