Rowing Dock maintains the best fleet of kayaks on Lady Bird Lake! Choose from sit-inside or sit-on-top kayaks to enjoy your adventure. Try fishing, touring, or just lounging around. Many of our boats come with adjustable seats and seat backs so you can enjoy your paddle in comfort. We choose our boats for quality, stability, and ease of use. Anyone can paddle these boats! Lifejackets are required with every outing. Lightweight, threadable paddles are also included. We love dogs, so feel free to bring Fido along for the ride!

Wilderness Pamlico Tandem

One of the most popular tandems on the market. The Pamlico has a large, wide, opening that is easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of leg room for both the bow and stern paddlers. Capacity : 600lbs

 

 

Wilderness Pungo Single

This boat has a great balance of manageability, stability, speed, and comfort. A great boat for beginners and advanced users alike. Plenty of room to stow some gear for a longer paddle, and the tracking ability to make it happen.

Old Town Vapor Single

This boat is stable, efficient, and comfortable. The largest opening of any of our single sit-insides, the Vapor is easy to get in and out of. This boat is great for an adult and small child to paddle together. Capacity : 325lbs.

 

Old Town Otter + Dagger Single

Extremely easy to maneuver, and very stable, the Otters and the Daggers are great for smaller paddlers. Easy enough to control, small children have no problem keeping up in this boat. Capacity : 250lbs

 

 

Perception Acadia II Tandem

The largest tandem in our fleet, this boat is stable, comfortable, and roomy. Add a booster seat for a third passenger in the middle. The Perception features a high seat back and more leg room than any other sit-inside. Capacity : 550lbs

The most popular kayak in Texas. Engineered by Wilderness Systems to maintain stability and glide while extending gear capacity. There is plenty of room for almost any sized paddler and their gear. Capacity : 350lbs

 

 

Ocean Kayak Malibu Tandem

The roomiest of our tandems. This boat is great for a family outing. With enough room for a child or pet in the middle, everyone can enjoy the lake together. Capacity : 475bs

 

 

Ocean Kayak Frenzy Single

With it’s built in keel, the Frenzy is adaptable for surf, river, or flat water lake. It is great for beginners due to its stability, and versatile enough for practiced paddlers. This is a great boat to take the pooch with you. Woof! Capacity : 300lbs

 

Feel Free Tri-Yak

The largest kayak in our fleet comfortably holds three adults. Or, it will hold all of your tackle for a nice fishing outing. Tracks exceptionally well, and is almost impossible to tip. Capacity : 661lbs
